Terms & Conditions
Registration Payment Terms and Conditions: For all early bird registrations, payment must be received by August 22, 2008. For all other registrations, payment must be received prior to the event. Please be advised that your registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. Please note that all payments must be made in Indian Rupees.
We accept two types of fee payment: cheque, demand drafts. DD/Cheques to be made in favour of “Saltmarch Media (India) Pvt. Ltd” payable at Bangalore. Please courier your Cheque/Demand Draft to Saltmarch Media (India) Pvt. Ltd., #3/18, I Floor, Corporation Building, Opposite ABN Amro Bank, Residency Road, Bangalore – 560 025, Karnataka, India.
Registration Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Registration cancellation for the summit will not be accepted by telephone. Please e-mail your cancellation notice to info@btsummit.com. Cancellations for the Summit: If you have to cancel your registration you may do so with full refund less 20% administration charge up to 05 August 2008. Cancellations received after this date will not be liable for a refund.
Registration Substitution Policy: All substitution requests must be received by email before Sep 2, 2008. Substitutions will not be accepted after the deadline. Registration substitutions are permitted only between employees from the same company and of the same registration type (golden pass or workshop pass, and so on).
Bulk corporate booking Rules: (1) All group registrants must be employed by the same company. (2) Payment for the group registration should be made on a single invoice.
